We begin in the main service and then go out for singing and Bible teaching in various groups: Sparklers, Fireworks, Rockets, Lasers and our older Fusion group. We follow the Go Teach material in lively, interactive sessions, where the children get the chance to act, play games, ask questions, pray and learn.
There is also a manned creche available during the morning service for any very little ones!

Holiday Club

Once a year during the summer school holidays, we run Holiday Club for children in school years R – 6. It is a week of huge fun, craft-making, puppets, games and Bible stories for kids to enjoy… and the same could be said for the adult helpers too!
Each year we have a theme. In the past we’ve had weeks based on “Farmyard Fun”, “Going for Gold” (Athletics), “Space Quest”,  “Saddle Up” (Wild West) and “Jungle Explorers”.
We tie the theme to a set of Bible stories told throughout the week and have a special service on the Sunday following where we invite friends and family along to celebrate the week we’ve had together.

Adults & Community Ministry

Study Groups

Our study groups (known as Community Groups) are an integral part of our church’s life. We’d encourage anyone who’s serious about their faith to join one!
Central to these groups is a Bible study, usually leading on from our Sunday morning services. There’s also opportunities to talk, pray and support one another – they’re a great way to get to know a smaller group of people better.
Most groups meet on Wednesday or Thursday evenings during term time, except on the first week of the month where we have an all-together prayer gathering called “Prayer Hub” at the Chapel.
We also have two daytime groups available – one for those with younger children and one for seniors called “Y-Cell”.
When: Wednesdays and Thursdays during term time
Time: Varies depending on group

Carers Cafe

Carer’s Café offers somewhere for local carers to come for a chat over refreshments in the comfortable surroundings of the Chapel Café.
